John Kerry said yesterday that the attacks of September 11th were the Ã¢â¬Ëcentral deciding thingÃ¢â¬â¢ in his contest with President Bush, and that the release of an Osama Bin Ladin videotape 4 days before the election effectively erased any hope he had of winning.
