Under the presidents new proposed budget, $3.2 billion dollars would be provided for HIV-AIDS to foreign nations, but many domestic aids programs would suffer funding decreases. The budget would cut $14 million from the Housing for Persons Living with AIDS program, and would trim $4 million from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's HIV-AIDS prevention and surveillance program. More than 575,000 gallons of raw sewage flowed into Hudson Bayou in Sarasota last week after an electrical shortage caused pumps at one of the city's largest lift stations to malfunction.
Hours after the station shut down, city officials began diverting the sewage into four 4,000-gallon tankers that took it to a nearby collection station. From there, the sewage was carried to a different treatment plant.

Glasser is a practicing psychiatrist who believes that psychiatric drugs do more harm than good. He's written several books about his theories- that mental problems can not be measured by any form of test (brain scan, blood tests, x-rays, etc.) He says most psychological problems can be overcome by building better relationships.
