For the first time in the 3 year campaign by the Coalition of Immokalee Workers to boycott Taco Bell, the executive of the fast food company's parent corporation - Yum!Brands - has announced a plan to take steps to end the boycott....But it has already been rejected by the Florida based farmworkers alliance....

Last night the City of St. Petersburg joined over 300 Cities and Counties - including Sarasota and Tampa -in denouncing portions of the USA Patriot Act.
The vote comes on the same day that FBI Director Robert Mueller told a Congressional Hearing how important it is for law enforcement to renew the act when it expires at the end of next year......
