There's a new campaign to cut the U.S. military budget. It's called Our Nation's Checkbook. Backers ranging from Quakers to Libertarians say that the country could save tax dollars by cutting some wasteful defense programs. Our guest is Stephen Donahoe, Campaigns Program Assistant with the Friends Committee on National Legislation.
