Good afternoon, welcome to Radioactivity. I'm Rob Lorei. When a news organization makes a serious mistake in its reporting - to whom do you turn (as a news consumer) in order to register a complaint? In the case of many large newspapers and electronic media outlets, you turn to an ombudsman. We'll meet the Ombudsman (or in this case the Ombudswoman) for National Public Radio in just a moment.
