Lisa Brown, a Michigan legislator was censored for a speech she gave on the floor of the legislature regarding her reaction to some funding and abortion measures that were pending in the Michigan Legislature. She ended her speech with the comment that she was surprised at the interest by the Legislature with her vagina-but "No means No." It's available on YouTube video.
