President reacts to George Zimmerman verdict, listers react to him
I think what is still on a lot of peopleâs minds is the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. The verdict was handed down late Saturday and since then there have been protests and actions nationwide. Attorney General Eric Holder has expressed his support for a Department of Justice civil suit. Today, President Barack Obama addressed the issue during a press conference.
There are numerous actions going on in the Tampa Bay area over the next several days.
