Matthew Fox

Today on Radioactivity Rob Lorei speaks with radical priest Matthew Fox about the reasons he left the Roman Catholic Church. Fox, formerly a member of the Dominican Order within the Roman Catholic Church, he is now a member of the Episcopal Church. Fox was an early and influential exponent of a movement that came to be known as Creation Spirituality. The movement draws inspiration from the mystical philosophies of medieval Catholic visionaries such as Hildegard of Bingen, Thomas Aquinas, Saint Francis of Assisi, and Julian of Norwich.

Matthew Fox will be speaking in Sarasota this weekend. Click here for details.

Next, Rob speaks with Dayln Houser and Conner McAlary of Florida PIRG (Public Interest Research Group) about trying to solve some of the traffic problems on local college campuses. From the USF campuses, to HCC, to the SPC campuses and many others, parking has become a problem at local college campuses.
