Tuesday night Oakland Police attacked Occupy Oakland protesters for a second time. They fired tear gas and less-lethal weapons like rubber bullets and bean bags. One person was particularly injured. He's 24-year-old Scott Olsen, a military veteran and member of Veterans for Peace. The Guardian (UK) reported he was in critical condition with a skull fracture and brain swelling.
