Sandor Ellix Katz was our very special guest on today’s program. He's the author of several books: "The Revolution Will Not Be Microwaved", "Wild Fermentation", and his latest, "The Art of Fermentation". Our conversation started with why Sandor became a food activist and self taught fermentation experimentalist. Then the conversation focused on fermentation; the history, why and how to ferment. As far as information, Sandor probably shared more information in the 55 minutes of this show than any other past guest!
