Kramer is senior research analyst at the [National Priorities Project](http://nationalpriorities.org) and lead author of the new book "A People’s Guide to the Federal Budget." We're going to discuss where your tax dollars go and approaches to improve the unemployment rate and shrink the federal deficit. 

Later we'll talk with Tom Tito, a neighborhood activist who has started a web site to try to get compensation from the host committee for the Republican National Convention for preparation costs for a pre-RNC party at the Tropicana Dome.
