USF students are planning a protest Thursday night against shorter library hours.
But instead of a traditional â€œsit-in,â€ the activists are staging a â€œsit-outâ€ outside the shuttered library where they used to do late night studying on the Tampa campus.
WMNF News spoke with Larry Roop, a 1st year student majoring in nursing and with another organizer, Melissa Garzon, a 2nd year student majoring in sociology.
