LGBT anti-bullying group aims to set up support networks in schools listen

According to the CDC, more than 4,000 kids commit suicide each year and some of them do it as a result of bullying. A national anti-bullying group threw a fancy fundraiser last night in Tampa to raise money for outreach programs in schools.

He attempted to hang himself with a chain last year because, his parents say, he was tormented by bullies every day at Zephyrhills high school. Whether online, via cell phone, physically or just harsh words, bullying is bullying and Hillsborough County is trying to stop it.
