A bill that would speed up foreclosures in Florida is one step closer to the governor’s desk. The measure sponsored by Naples Republican Kathleen Passidomo passed the House Monday 87-26.

Over the weekend, basketball fans were focused on Orlando, host of the NBA All-Star Game and associated festivities. But the group Occupy Orlando held their own, less flashy, celebration they called “All Share Weekend.” They billed it as a time for community, food, entertainment, art and education … all without the huge price tag of the All-Star Game.
