Next up- Frank Alcock is a professor of political science at New College in Sarasota. He teaches about, among other things, sustainable development. He's the co-author of a new report on oil drilling in Florida's waters 3-10 miles offshore. The report was prepared by the Collins Center and the Century Commission for a Sustainable Florida. The report has conclusions that will support and anger all sides of the debate on expanded oil drilling.
