"Cat Whisperer" With New Book On Talking Animals
My guest on "Talking Animals" March 20 will be Mieshelle Nagelschneider, veteran cat behaviorist and author of the just-published book, “The Cat Whisperer: Why Cats Do What They Do—And How To Get Them To Do What You Want.”
Having studied animal behavior from various perspectives and at various institutions, including Harvard, for more than 20 years, Nagelschneider in 1999 founded the The Cat Behavior Clinic, a science-based consulting service that helps people worldwide solve behavioral problems and other issues with their cats.
In her new book, Nagelschneider (dubbed “The Cat Whisperer”) writes in a conversational fashion, providing information about--and strategies for solving--an enormous number of feline behavior problems, including litter box issues, spraying, how to end aggression in multiple-cat households, biting, and more.
Mieshelle Nagelschneider will speak with us live on "Talking Animals" on March 20 at 9am ET, and listeners are invited to participate in the conversation by calling (813-239-9663) or e-mailing (DJ@wmnf.org).
