Columnist Leonard Pitts Jr. talks about new book, Black Lives Matter movement

Today on Radioactivity, we are joined by Leonard Pitts Jr., a Pulitzer Prize winning columnist for the Miami Herald and author of Grant Park, a historical fiction novel about an assassination plot against President Barack Obama. Pitts talks about his new book, the recent shooting of Corey Jones by a plainclothes police officer in West Palm Beach, and the Black Live Matter movement. Pitts will be speaking at the Festival of Reading at USF St.Petersburg tomorrow , which runs for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m..
