Don't use your GPS if you're an iPhone user. It will not take you to the Ranch. It is Exit 293, off of I 75. Make a left off exit, on the cross street and go 1.5 miles and take a left on Clay Hill Rd. It winds through orchards & makes 2-90 degree turns. The ranch will be on your left, just before the county line.

FRIDAY: The Friday lineup is filled with great young alternative indie bands - and then finishes with one of the best party bands we know - the multi-cultural party machine, Suenalo. Come for one evening or the whole weekend.

4:00-5:00pm Shakey Graves
Alejandro Rose-Garcia of Austin, Texas, goes by the name Shakey Graves for his music. Shakey Graves came about in 2005 the year Alejandro says he caught a ghost of his very own. "I kept him in a cage and he sang songs for me when I fed him cigarettes and certain key substances." He and his ghost have lived in New York, lurked around as part of the Antifolk scene out there, traveled across the United States on trains, recorded in the desert, froze in Chicago, played songs on the TV, wore a mustache.

5:20 - 6:20pm Paper Bird
Since the band’s formation over 5 years ago, Paper Bird has been playing it’s joyful blend of folk, roots, and Americana to delighted audiences across the country. Their unique sound is a combination of a dynamic and energetic rhythm section intertwined with effortless and flowing harmonies. The group’s backbone is their songwriting, musicianship and general allergy to all limitations and trends. With seven members and no leader, the possibilities are ever unfolding, with fluctuations in style and mood akin to weather patterns.

6:50 - 7:50pm Roadkill Ghost Choir
The Deland FL band is breaking nationally with their new EP drawing comparisons to Fleet Foxes, Mumford and Sons and My Morning Jacket.

8:20 - 9:30pm He’s My Brother She’s My Sister
He's My Brother She's Sister was a sensation at Heatwave; their Crowbar set was jam-packed. The quickly rising young band has a unique sound and stage presence. Their music exudes the earnestness of folk, the colorfulness of glam rock, the rawness of blues, the theatrics of cabaret, and the hip shake of rock-a-billy. The colorfully vintage-attired band is led by brother and sister Robert and Rachel Kolar; a live highlight is a percussionist-tap-dancer. The band's infectious rhythms and high energy make the sounds come alive and cause even uninitiated crowds to erupt in dance.

10:00 - 11:30pm Suenalo
Funk, Latin, Caribbean, Hip-hop and R&B; Suenalo reaches to far-flung corners and retrieves all these, takes them and mashes them together into a somehow harmonious blend. A great party dance band to close Friday night at our new festival.
