Today we listen to the latest edition of Florida This Week, a news and public affairs program moderated by Rob Lorei and broadcast of local PBS station WEDU.  In this episode we speak with four state senators and top political journalists on about the big issues slated to come up in the legislative session beginning tomorrow: Rick Scott’s billion dollar in tax cuts for businesses, the open carry of guns on campuses, and whether state employees will finally see a wage increase after a years’ long wage freeze.

This Week’s panelists are:

Senator Arthenia Joyner (D)

Senator John Legg (R)

Adam Smith, Political Reporter, Tampa Bay Times

Joe Brown, Columnist, Tampa Tribune
