At some point in our lives, I am sure that it is safe to say that we have all craved a Fresh Starts. We want the opportunity to emerge from our disappointments to perhaps make amends for personal choices that may have caused harm to ourselves or to others. Or perhaps we have suffered from the personal choices and decisions that others have made. Whatever your situation is – Fresh Starts are possible-but it takes work.

The notion that we are able to take action towards our goals at the start of a specific new time period is commonly referred to as the “Fresh Start Effect”.  These “fresh start” moments can also involve recommitting to broken resolutions. Fresh Starts and New beginnings are not always easy to accept at first. For example, it may involve accepting the death of a loved one, ending a painful relationship, or starting a new career.  Although Fresh Starts and New beginnings can be tough to embrace, there are positive life lessons that can often be learned.  As part of our musical journey today, we are going to hear inspirational stories about “Fresh Starts” as it relates to various areas of our lives.

Join me, Renna Reddick Friday from 4 to 6 a.m. for a special musical journey about this topic! I am definitely looking forward to spending time with you on the airwaves and sharing your energy!!!
