Shelley Reback

After 30+ years as a criminal defense and civil rights lawyer, and Voter Protection advocate, Shelley retired. She soon realized she still had a lot of strong opinions on newsworthy topics, but nowhere to express them. Fortunately, WMNF provided her with an opportunity to to share them on air and stream them worldwide.

I see you are having Gulf Coast JFCS on to talk about the refugee crisis! Can you please ask them what is still needed and how the community can help? More people need to know how to make their voices heard.

Kelly, It was good chatting with you on the radio, and I want to take this list of 100 “banned” words to a broad audience, particularly journalists who might be affected by it. Any thoughts or suggestions from you would be appreciated. Kurt
