Good morning, welcome to Radioactivity. I'm Rob Lorei. Coming up today we'll talk with several political cartoonists. "Zunar" has been a political cartoonist in Malaysia for more than 20 years. He's targeted politicians, judges and business leaders. For his depictions of the prime minister he was jailed for two days. His cartoons have been blacked out by newspapers and book collections of his cartoons have been confiscated. later we'll hear from Pulitzer Prize winning cartoonists Clay Bennett (Chattanooga Times Free Press), Pulitzer Prize winner Joel Pett (Lexington Herald-Leader) and Steve Kelley (New Orleans Times-Picayune) who is President of the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists. the cartoonists are holding a national convention the next two days at The Poynter Institute in St. Petersburg.
