Radioactivity Monday:Workers plan a nationwide protest against low wages

Share

By Rob Lorei

On Radioactivity Monday we spent the hour talking with two local activists who are pushing for a 15-an-hour minimum wage and a union for low-wage workers. Bleu Rainer  is a fast-food worker and Liang Flakes  is a day care teacher who will be taking part in several protests tomorrow to demand an increase in the minimum wage. The demonstrations are apart the larger fight-for-15 movement that is demanding a living wage and union for all workers.
