The Christmas holiday season is a time of year when people spend extra time with family and friends engaging in various holiday customs, traditions, and rituals. However, for others, the Christmas holiday season is also a religious and cultural celebration to honor the sacrificial offering and gift of Salvation through the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ (which many consider the ultimate sacrifice of love).
