I just want to say the thing I really loved about WMNF was that many different people could call in and voice differing views, and most folks could agree to disagree. On whatever topic. Robust discussion educates everyone and it brings people together in greater understanding. But lately, it seems, you dare not voice dissent else risk being branded an unsavory character — or worse. There has never been more opportunities to call in, but at what price? What a sad thing to have lost.
