| This event is to bring awareness to the thousands of children who are affected by the disease of addiction through their parents are guardians usage of illicit drugs or alcohol abuse. It’s apparent, due to the increase of foster care programs, that the current system is failing and more children are falling victims to the streets and some to prostitution.
