Record Sale Vendor Application

Thanks for your interest in WMNF’s Record Sale. We are looking for vendors who will be selling vinyl records, cds, books, and music memorabilia. We have three (3) different ways for vendors to participate.

Tables

If you are a collector and just need a small table or two to sell your merchandise, we have (approximately measured) 3’x3′ tables, which are $15 apiece to rent. They come with  2 chairs. Please choose the small table option.

If you are a regular record vendor, we have larger tables. 6’x 2.5′. Those can come with 2 or 3 chairs. You can rent several of these, at $25 apiece. Please choose the large table option. If you want more than 2 tables, please email [email protected] and we will work on reduced pricing.

You might already have your own tables. If you are a record etc vendor and want a large space (the size of 3 six (6) foot tables but have your own table, then the fee is $40 total. We will mark the space off for you. We can still provide chairs.

Facts

Load in will be between 10am-noon the day of the event. Vendors are responsible for their own tally, sales, cash, and bagging merchandise. Last call at the sale will be at 3:30 with the patrons cleared out by 4pm. We have to all be out of there by 5pm so New World Brewery can get their room ready for the night’s concert. We will have some volunteers to help, but please do not rely on that for loading and unloading.
