Florida Voices for Animals Inc. (FVA) is having their 28th Annual Have a Heart for the Animals fundraiser, dinner, and auction on February 25th, at Solid Rock Community School in Tarpon Springs.

This event will recognize an Activist of the Year, as well as local animal hero(es) who have gone the extra mile to rescue an animal, or multiple animals, under challenging circumstances.

FVA is a locally based, non-profit organization, whose primary focus is to educate the public about the abuse or exploitation of animals. FVA’s annual dinner/auction fundraiser is one of the main sources of funding to continue all of their important work. It helps to fund education campaigns, such as a quarterly newsletter and tabling events, including the largest annual event, Tampa Bay Veg Fest.
