Candidates kick off early voting in Hillsborough County

On Thursday morning, a parking lot off Manhattan Avenue became a pulpit for campaign speeches. Standing outside the Platt Library, Pat Kemp thanked her campaign volunteers. The lawyer is running for Hillsborough County Commission.
