Assistance with Open Enrollment for Health Insurance at Al Lopez Park

Representatives from the Family Healthcare Foundation will be helping residents sign up for 2020 Health Insurance plans from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. every Saturday during the Open Enrollment Period, which ends Sunday, December 15, 2019.

You can make an appointment by calling 813-995-1066, but appointments are not necessary.

Residents do not need a city recreation card to sign up.
