EPA reveals plans to cut power plant carbon emissions by close to 40% in Florida

Today on Radioactivity, Rob Lorei opens the phone lines to discuss the Environmental Protection Agency plan to cut carbon emissions by almost 40% in Florida and 30% nationally in the next 16 years. The Clean Power Plan is part of President Obama’s initiative to reduce pollution linked to climate change.
