Monday, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush returned to Tallahassee for a speech about what he would do if elected president; he pointed to his record as governor and vowed to roll back federal spending. But many Democrats in Florida have a different recollection of Bush’s 8 years as Florida Governor. That includes South Florida State Senator Dwight Bullard, who was interviewed by WMNF News’ Seán Kinane.
