Tampa Bay activists will demonstrate against this week’s planned execution in Florida

Florida plans on executing a death-row inmate this week. But anti-death penalty groups are asking for a stay on the execution, which would be the 21st under Governor Rick Scott’s watch.

Tuesday WMNF News interviewed John Stewart — a member of Pax Christi Tampa Bay and Peace First — about local demonstrations.
