Request to record a 30-second public service announcement:
Throughout the year, The Salvation Army offers free truck pickups of unwanted items, including clothes, that the public would like to donate and get recycled in its Family Stores and auto auctions. By recycling donated items, The Salvation Army is also able to repair the broken lives of people at its Adult Rehabilitation Centers.
It is a blessing to report that a new women’s rehabilitation program has now opened at The Salvation Army Tampa Adult Rehabilitation Center! Fortunately the dedication event got some media coverage:
Now that The Salvation Army can help both women and men recover from the bonds of substance dependencies, we need to collect many more unwanted clothes to enable a total of 195 people to reside at the ARC for up to one full year without having any out-of-pocket costs or health insurance.
To schedule a free truck pickup of your donations, call 1-800-SA-TRUCK or visit SATRUCK.ORG.

Event Location:

13815 N. Salvation Army Lane
Tampa, Florida 33613
  •  March 20, 2019
     9:00 am - 1:00 pm
