Charlie Crist, David Jolly face off in debate for 13th Congressional district seat

On Radioactivity Tuesday we looked at some key moments from a debate held on Monday between  the two  candidates running for the 13th congressional seat in St. Petersberg: incumbent congressman David Jolly and former governor Charlie Crist. During the exchange, which became heated at times,  each candidate strongly challenging the other’s record on issues such as abortion and brought up the controversy over the recent sewage dumping into Tampa Bay.
