Update on lawsuit to enforce Florida’s conservation lands amendment

After Florida voters overwhelmingly supported amending the state constitution in 2014 to earmark funds for conservation lands, the state legislature came up short with the implementation; that’s the contention of several conservation organizations that sued the state to enforce the conservation lands Amendment 1.

WMNF News interviewed their lead counsel, David Guest.
