MidPoint Thursday – Joe Henderson, former Tampa Tribune columnist

Share

Joe Henderson worked for the Tampa Tribune for more than 41 years. Along with more than a hundred colleagues, he was unceremoniously informed that he no longer had a job earlier this month, when it was announced that the Tampa Bay Times had purchased the Tribune.

On today’s show, Henderson talks about the announcement and the changes in the media landscape over the years. He also weighs in on local and national political matters in the hour-long discussion.
