WMNF 88.5 FM’s Sunday Forum is hosting a panel discussion on the explosive and timely topic of Racism and Sports!! The topic’s timeliness and relevance are evident in incidences such as the recent Black Monday NFL firings; responses at the local, state, and national levels to players kneeling during the national anthem; and studies reflecting the impact of racism on opinions regarding paying college athletes.
Panelists include Tiffany Greene, ESPN commentator and journalist; Dr. Janelle Wells, Assistant Professor, Vinik Sports & Entertainment Management MBA program; Javon Lue, Assistant Coach, Women’s Basketball, Hillsborough Community College; and more!
