“No one outside ourselves can rule us inwardly. When we know this, we become free.”…Buddha

On various occasions throughout the year many people collectively celebrate the sacrifices made by our armed forces which has led to the many freedoms that we enjoy today.  And as we collectively reflect on the sacrifices that were made in order to obtain and maintain our basic freedoms, this can also serve as a reminder of the many other types of freedoms that we also enjoy but oftentimes take for granted.

On Morning Energy we are going to spend time exploring our freedoms as it relates to so many different areas of our lives.

Join me, Renna Reddick  Fridays from 4 to 6 a.m. for a special musical journey about this topic! I’m definitely looking forward to spending time with you on the airwaves and sharing your energy!!
