Statement by WMNF Board of Directors supporting Black Lives Matter protests

This is an editorial statement from the Nathan B. Stubblefield Foundation Board of Directors. WMNF believes Black lives matter and grieves for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and countless other victims of police brutality. In the interest of our mission to uphold peace and justice, we unequivocally stand with the protests against police violence towards Black Americans and condemn the attacks on protestors by militarized police. We call on everyone to combat the systemic racism at the root of this issue—stand up, speak up, support racial justice.
