Terrorism expert Loretta Napoleoni explains the spread of ISIS and its appeal to western youth

Loretta Napoleoni, an expert on money laundering and terror financing,speaks from Seattle’s town hall on the spread of ISIS and radical caliphates in context of an anti-imperialist reaction to western influences. She also explains how ISIS has been able appeal to youths in the western world.

Napoleoni is an author and columnist for La Stampa, La Repubblica, El País, and Le Monde. She is a former Fulbright Scholar with degrees from John Hopkins University and the London School of Economics.
