When it comes to music, musicians these days have to do it all. Writing, producing, rehearsing, promoting, connecting with an audience, at a certain point, the musicians often end up thinking about music from sun-up until sun-down. This can have a negative effect on the wallet, and can definitely play a role in the musicians mental health. In this episode, orlando band Treis & Friends shares some of their music and a little about what they do to keep going as a band and as musicians
