Progress Energy Florida issued a press release Tuesday with the cost-recovery projections for its proposed Levy County nuclear plant it is filing with the state's Public Service Commission.
Progress announced it "is shifting the in-service date for the first Levy unit to 2024, with the second unit following 18 months later."
