“Autumn Shows Us How Beautiful It Is To Let Things Go”

Autumn is the season of the year between summer and winter. In the United States the autumn season is often referred to as “The Fall” due to the falling leaves from the tree.

In addition to the change in the environment, the Fall represents a time for personal and spiritual transformation which helps us to recover from challenging experiences in our lives.

On Morning Energy we are going to spend time exploring the importance of “Embracing The Fall” as it relates to so many different areas of our lives.

Join me, Renna Reddick Friday from 4 to 6 a.m. for a special musical journey about this topic! I am definitely looking forward to spending time with you on the airwaves and sharing your energy!!!
