Columnist Paula Dockery discusses Florida’s crumbling prison system; low wages for state workers

Today we are joined by columnist Paula Dockery, who gives us a unique insider perspective on Florida’s government and politicians as a former lawmaker who served in both the state senate and house of representatives for 16 years. She touches on topics often missed by the media such as the low wages faced by state employees and firefighters, the funding and staffing troubles facing the state prison system, and the proposal to increase hunting and timber harvesting in state parks.
