“RELAXING YOUR MIND” on Morning Energy

“Your mind will answer most questions, if you learn to relax and wait for the answers. William S. Burroughs”
Labor Day is unofficially known as the end of summer and also a season when many Americans take advantage of resting and relaxation. However, the digital age that we live in keeps many people constantly connected to work, making it challenging to truly relax.

Relaxation is extremely important for our immune system, mental health and stress management. And one of the best ways to relax is through the use of music.

On Morning Energy, we are going to spend time exploring the importance of relaxation  as it relates to so many different areas of our lives.
Join me, Renna and Kool Aunt Cyndi on Friday from 4-6am for a special musical journey about this topic where we will also be asking for your support for our fall membership drive!

Ways to listen

WMNF is listener-supported. That means we don't advertise like a commercial station, and we're not part of a university.

Ways to support

WMNF volunteers have fun providing a variety of needed services to keep your community radio station alive and kickin'.
