  1. ….
For many decades, July 14 has been known as National Nude Day. Its origin is said to lie in the 1970s-era in New Zealand. Although some people may struggle to pay homage to this day by perhaps adopting a nudist lifestyle, there are other ways that you can pay homage to this day…all of which we will learn about later on in the program…

Join Me, Renna (your radio Flayme) as we go on another musical journey Friday morning from 4 to 6am!!! Looking forward to spending time with you on the airwaves and sharing your energy!!!  Hope you are able to tune in!….If not you can always listen back for a week on the Morning Energy archives.
