THE PRICE OF LOYALTY author Ron Suskind. Suskind is a Pulitzer Prize winning reporter who has written a best-selling book about former Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill's experience in the first two years of the G.W. Bush administration. The book reports that the Bush administration made plans to invade Iraq in early 2001; that O'Neill and Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan opposed many aspects of President Bush's tax cuts but were overruled; and that most major decisions in the Bush White House were made in secret by an inner circle of advisors to the President. Suskind is speaking in Sarasota on March 12th.
