Author: community provides leadership in uncertain times listen

Author Meg Wheatley is President Emerita of the Berkana Institute. Her new book is called Finding Our Way: Leadership for an Uncertain Time. She will speak tonight at USF St. Petersburg on how organizations should change to mobilize community rather than rely on top-down leadership.
