Pulitzer Prize Winning Columnist Cynthi Tucker On The Decline Of Civility In Washington03/24/10 Robert Lorei
Radioactivity: Live Call-In (Wednesday) | Listen to this entire show:
Welcome to Radioactivity. I’m Rob Lorei. Coming up today we’ll hear from Pulitzer Prize winning newspaper columnist Cynthia Tucker. We’ll talk about the mood in Washington after a year of the Obama presidency… and later—how much oil is in the Gulf of Mexico in areas that are close to Florida’s shores? We’ll talk about that with the author of a new study on oil drilling in the Gulf.
But first some listener comments about yesterday’s program. On the second part of yesterday’s program we talked about the angry reaction to the passage of health care reform legislation.
Newspaper columnist Cynthia Tucker is our first guest today. She is a columnist for the Atlanta Journal Constitution. In 2007 she was on the Pulitzer Prize for commentary. She’s a regular on the ABC program THIS WEEK. She’ll be speaking in Sarasota tonight at Forum Truth in Sarasota at 7:30PM at Holley Hall.
